Farmhouse furnished in the old country style, simple and comfortable. You can enjoy a unique panorama: at its feet stretches the Valdichiana in Tuscany, with lakes Trasimeno and Chiusi, on the horizon face Mounts Amiata and Cetona; all around, lying on the hillsides, almost “to touch,” some of the best-known villages in the area: Città della Pieve, Cortona, Montepulciano, Castiglione del lago. If you walk the 200 meters that distance Po’ del Vento from the summit of Monte Pausillo, the Nestore Valley in Umbria opens up before your eyes, with the cities of Perugia and Assisi in the background. Also at Po’ del Vento: ping pong, table soccer and playground; a heated swimming pool is shared with the guesthouse (5m by 10m); the bocce court, Jacuzzi, fitness trail, ponds and other facilities are shared with other guests.
All apartments are provided with covered parking, their own outdoor space, garden and dining furniture, and barbecue facilities.

The external staircase leads to the covered loggia and from it to the large living room with fireplace, The large table can accommodate all the guests of Po’ del Vento; a French window leads to the terrace (60sqm), covered on one side and equipped with garden furniture and outdoor table. The kitchen is separate from the living room while the corridor leads to the bedrooms: 3 double bedrooms ( 1 with a single bed added), 1 twin bedroom, 2 bathrooms with shower. The Apartment has air conditioning.

From the outside you enter onto the large living room and kitchen divided by a serving hatch. A double bedroom to the left of the living room. To the right is a large bedroom with a double bed and a single bed and French door toward the covered area with the dining table, window, and bathroom with brick shower. From the back of the living room is the connecting door to Po’ del Vento 3.(formula 2+3 for 8/9 persons)

The covered veranda leads to the living room with two sofas, dining, door to the kitchenette, double bedroom and small hallway leading to the master bedroom, bathroom with shower, and the connecting door to Po’ del Vento 2.
