Le Foresterie has: table tennis and table soccer; playground, room with toys, bocce court, heated Jacuzzi for 6 persons, fitness trail, ponds and other facilities are shared with other guests.
The heated pool is 700mt (by car) and 400 (on foot) away, which it shares with Po’ del Vento. Near the swimming pool there is a bathroom for Le Foresterie guests.
All apartments have parking, independent entrance, own outdoor space with dining table and garden furniture, Bbq.

The outdoor staircase leads to the cozy living room with exposed beams, fireplace and stone benches and sofas. The kitchen is divided by a serving hatch. The bedrooms (double and twin) with furniture from the 1800s are very comfortable and cozy, divided by a hallway leading to the bathroom with masonry shower. The living room can be connect with Foresteria 2 (formula 1+2 for 8 people).

Second floor – 57 sq m, persons 4
From the external staircase there is access to the large terrace (47sqm) enclosed by a gate, furnished with table and sun loungers with sunshade and from this to the living room-kitchen with exposed beams; a hallway gives onto the bathroom with masonry shower and the double bedroom; another onto the twin bedroom and the corridor of communication with Foresteria 1

Entrance from the garden onto the large living room-kitchen with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the forest. The large table can accommodate all guests of Foresteria; this is followed by the double bedroom with single bed, with the windows closed by a blackout curtain. From the living room a couple of steps lead to the hallway that gives to the bathroom with a masonry shower, the twin bedroom (one of the two beds is a single), and the door to Foresteria 3. TV-Sat, air conditioned.
Foresteria 4
First floor – sq m 62, persons 4 +2
Entrance on the large living room with a double sofa bed and 2 ottomans and stone seat along the wall, divided by a stone archway and a serving hatch the foresterie from the kitchen; 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 twin bedroom with ‘800 beds (double on request), 1 bathroom with masonry shower. TV-Sat.
Guest quarters 3 and 4 can be connected. (formula 3+4 for 8/9/11 persons)
