Established as the owners’ home, it is set on the hillside overlooking Città della Pieve, 500 m asl is laughing in the sun but shaded by tall trees. It has a large garden, private parking, covered veranda, private pool, table tennis, table soccer, indoor and outdoor barbecues, garden furniture, hammock for a siesta, two swings; the bocce court, Jacuzzi, fitness trail, ponds and other facilities are shared with the other guests.
Interior comfort:
Inside, comfort is enhanced by a thousand details such as, of course, independent heating, linen change, hair dryer, piano, dishwasher, microwave, washer and dryer, mosquito nets on the windows, a giant accessible fireplace, tv-sat and mini HI-FI, WIFI, air conditioning.
Inside there is a dining table overlooking the covered veranda with outdoor dining and barbecue and sitting area where you can relax in the evening with friends. To the right of the living room are two double bedrooms overlooking the garden and two private bathrooms with bath and shower; to the left of the living room is a room with a billiard table and two sofa beds with access to the hallway with shower room and the third bedroom with choice of double or two singles.
From the veranda there is access to the side garden and via two stairs to the pool area (5-8 m), a meeting place at all hours.
The hammock, sun loungers with parasols and small tables are at guests’ service. The garden is sunny until the late afternoon hours but also shaded by holm oaks and oaks.
